Kentucky Rush SC is proud to announce Joe Estes as the club’s first Executive Director.

This appointment marks an important step in Kentucky Rush’s continued commitment to building a stronger, more sustainable organizational structure with clearer leadership, defined ownership, aligned standards, and greater support for players, families, coaches, and staff across the club.

As Executive Director, Estes will oversee the club’s technical and operational branches while leading structural development, organizational alignment, implementation oversight, and continued integration with the broader Rush Soccer network, including its national resources, pathways, and opportunities.

This role was created to strengthen accountability, improve communication and support systems, clarify ownership across the club, and help position Kentucky Rush for long-term stability, growth, and sustainability.
